AEROSMITH, the biggest, most enduring and thrilling band in rock history will make a sensational return to the UK & Europe this summer, with the ?Cocked, Locked, Ready To Rock? tour, spawning what will be the ultimate event of the new decade. Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer will hit Europe for the first time in 3 years to deliver a fistful of knockout, heart pounding, headline, summer rock shows. "Back by popular demand with more spit and fire than ever before, we're coming across the pond and parting the waters as we go,? says Steven Tyler. AEROSMITH will play at Graspop Metal Meeting on Friday 25th June.
Naast dit nieuws, weten ze ook nog te melden, dat de in 2003 gestopte band Stone Temple Pilots, na 5 jaar weer compleet zijn en druk bezig met het werken aan hun 6de nog-nader-te-benoemen album. Duidelijk is dat deze band met hun aankomende Europese tour ook Graspop zullen aandoen. Naast deze band zijn ook nog Mastodon en Fear Factory bevestigd.
